Description

Loctite® Frekote® Aqualine® RC-321 is a water dilutable concentrate that provides a durable release film for most rubber
molding applications. Aqualine RC-321 chemically bonds to the mold surface to provide a non-transferring film capable of
releasing all natural and synthetic polymers (except silicone elastomers). Aqualine RC-321 cures in 5 minutes at 300°F (150°C), gives minimal buildup on the mold surface, and does not transfer to the molded part.

Application

Apply diluted Aqualine RC-321 to molds preheated to a minimum of 140°F (60°C). Aqualine RC-321 is suitable for
application up to 400°F (204°C). Apply Aqualine RC-321 using a finely atomized fan pattern. Regulate gun output to 2-3 fl. oz./minute for molds heated to 140-300°F or 4-5 fl. oz./minute for molds above 300°F.
