Description

Loctite® Frekote® EXITT-EM is a water based silicone emulsion that offers superb release properties, excellent part detail, and provides a water-based alternative to solvent-based products to meet your specific molding requirements. EXITT-EM can be applied to steel, aluminum, epoxy, urethanes, and ceramic mold surfaces. EXITT-EM releases most thermoset and thermoplastic resins, including polyurethanes.

Application

Frekote EXITT-EM can be applied to molds at room temperature. Optimum application will result when spray applied to molds is preheated to a minimum of 60°C (140°F); spray is suitable for application to molds up to 180°C (355°F).
