Description

Ren-Weld® 100 system is a liquid, brushable epoxy adhesive. Ren-Weld® 100 is low viscosity and easy to mix yet contains flow control agents to prevent excessive run-out.

Ren-Weld® 101 system is a liquid, brushable epoxy adhesive. Ren-Weld® 101 is low viscosity and easy to mix yet contains flow control agents to prevent excessive run-out.

Ren-Weld® 102 system is a high temperature use, trowelable epoxy adhesive for bonding epoxy board RenShape™ 560. Ren-Weld® 102 was developed for use up to 300°F after a high temperature post cure to 300°F.

Ren-Weld® 103 system is a liquid, brushable epoxy adhesive. Ren-Weld® 103 is a low viscosity and easy to mix yet contains flow control agents to prevent excessive run-out.

RenWeld 5169 adhesive is an integral component of the RenShape® 5169 board system. The system is comprised of three specially formulated products; boards, adhesive and patch paste.

Application

Ren-Weld® 100:For use as bonding and repair adhesive for RenShape® machinable modeling, styling, and tooling boards. It is a good general purpose material for applications not exposed to high-temperatures or needing critical bondline read-through.

Ren-Weld® 101:For use as bonding and repair adhesive for RenShape® machinable modeling, styling, and tooling boards. It is a good general purpose material for applications not exposed to high-temperatures or needing critical bondline read-through.

Ren-Weld® 102:• Bonding RenShape™ 560 boards
• Patching RenShape™ 560 models and tools

Ren-Weld® 103:For use as bonding and repair adhesive for RenShape® machinable modeling, styling, and tooling boards. It is a good general purpose material for applications not exposed to high-temperatures or needing critical bondline read-through.

Ren-Weld 5169:adhesive is useful for bonding small or large pieces of RenShape 5169 polyurethane boards together to form rough shapes prior to machining to final shape. RenWeld 5169 adhesive can also be used to bond or pot in modifications to existing tools. The adhesive, which can be hand-mixed or meter-mixed, cures thoroughly at room temperature and does not require a post-cure.
