Off-white, 2 part polyurethane elastomer

Application

Suitable for the fabrication of flexible molds, resilient parts, polyurethane foaming molds, strippers and pads.

Properties

Offers superior strength and toughness without using MOCA(1) or TDI(2). The flexibility of RenCast 6400-1 permits easy stripping of molds from detailed parts and undercuts. The low viscosity allows reproduction of fine detail with a minimum of air entrapment. Room temperature cure.
