Description

RenCast 6420(Resin)/Ren 6420(Hardener) is a patented, clear, two-component, casting polyurethane elastomer ideal for prototypes and rigid parts.

Application

RenCast 6420 is ideally suited for prototypes of injection molded or thermoformed parts which require transparency.

Properties

RenCast 6420 cures to a tough, rigid material without containing 4,4’ methylene bis(2-chloroaniline) or toluene diisocyanate. RenCast 6420 is easily mixed, reproduces fine detail with a minimum of air entrapment, and cures at room temperature. RenCast 6420 must be vacuum degassed for bubble-free parts.
