Description

HTF-510 is a clear (low haze level), heat-stabilized flat cast bagging film produced from a modified nylon-66 resin. It is available in widths from 10-88 inches in thickness of .002, .003 and .004 inches.

Application

Flat cast film is recommended as a bagging film for advanced composite fabrication and other high-temperature applications where dimensional stability, adherence to sealant tape and uniform film gauge are essential. In addition, HTF-510 has excellent heat stability and resistance to pinholing. HTF-510 can be used at temperatures up to 480°F (250°C) for typical composite cure cycle times.
