Description

BR-2000 is a stretchable non-woven polyester felt with drapeability enabling it to conform closely to the contours of your part.  The multi-directional stretch, combined with a low density lightweight construction, makes BR-2000 an economical bleeder or breather.

BR-2000 does not contain any binders which could close off air flow and stick to parts or other components.  BR-2000 will conduct air at 30 PSI(3.5 bars).

 

Application

BR-2000 is not a release fabric.  When used in conjunction with uncured materials, we suggest that an interfacing ply of release materials be used against the detail being cured:

BR-2000 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-allergenic.

 

Standard roll size: 60" x 150 yds.
