Description

VAC PAK® HS-800 Co-Ex is a gold-tinted, transparent, heat-stabilized, co-extruded film produced from a modified nylon 6 resin. HS-800 Co-Ex can be used for cures up to 375°F. Standard thickness of .002 inch is available as lay-flat tubing and v-sheeting from 12 to 54 inches as well as sheeting up to 140 inch wide. Standard thickness of .003 inch is available from 18 to 54 inch as lay flat tubing and v-sheeting as well as sheeting up to 107 inch wide.

Application

VAC PAK® HS-800 Co-Ex is recommended as a bagging film for advanced composite fabrication and other high-temperature / pressure applications where softness, workability, pinhole-free and defect-free films are essential. The co-extrusion process represents the most advanced "state-of-the-art" in blown film production. This is achieved because of the multiple flow of film fusing together at the extrusion die exit.
