The A5000 ST is a clear, shrinkable release tubing designed for use on OML tooling surfaces where a release tubing would be desirable. A5000 ST is a high-temperature release film that is highly conformable to tooling surfaces.

Application

A5000 ST is idea for cylindrical tooling where a release surface is necessary. A5000 ST can be easily applied over the tooling surface, when exposed to temperature (onset at ~300°F) the shrink initiates and A5000 ST shrinks to confirm to your tooling shape by utilizing the characteristic of this unique product. A5000 ST can shrink up to 12% creating a tight, smooth release surface for your tooling application.
