Description

HIGH TEMPERATURE AUTOCLAVE HOSE is constructed of series 300 stainless steel and are resistant to temperature well over 800°F (427°C). The inner hose is constructed of annular corrugated stainless steel which prevents any leak path at pressures up to 1000 PSI. The exterior of the hose is a Series 300 Anamet stainless steel SL casing which provides flexibility and bag protection. All joints in the hose are brazed and all hoses are leak tested prior to acceptance.

Standard fittings are 37° JIC(AN) metal-to-metal sealing to fit our SS5700 Vacuum Valve. Carbon steel NPT ends are also available.

Application

HIGH TEMPERATURE AUTOCLAVE HOSE should be used for all assembly processing where temperatures exceed 500°F (260°C).
